Facilitating groups is where I come alive. I love being ‘on stage’ and creating learning experiences that can truly change people’s lives. I feel very fortunate to have been trained in facilitation by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). I can honestly say that their unique blend of ‘edutainment’ and experiential learning is second to none. At the heart of this approach is authenticity. To perform to my highest level, I must display 100% commitment and desire. This means I have the freedom to be brilliant and to fail, because that’s what humans do from time to time, especially when they are taking risks.
Since 2005 I have facilitated over 100 courses for CTI to more than 2000 people. Since 2007 I have facilitated over 60 Siemens Leadership programs to a total of over 1400 managers. Throughout my time as a facilitator, I have accumulated over 2500 hours of coaching experience.
