My Story

I specialize in leadership development, executive presence, interpersonal communication skills, emotional intelligence, and business transformation. I have worked within the training and development field for over 20 years, developing skills that range from sharp listening to strong intuition, and finding a courage to challenge the status quo. Each play a small part in what makes me so effective as a facilitator.

My true strength and passion lies in helping my clients realize and overcome their problems – both internally and externally – and encouraging them to achieve their full leadership and business potential.

The approach I take to my work translates across cultures and industries. This has led me across the globe, including South Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America. It has been a privilege to work with companies such as Google, Siemens, Adidas, Saatchi & Saatchi, UNICEF, IBM and Microsoft, and learn invaluable skills that are transferable to individuals and organizations of any background or ambition.

Professional Experience

Prior to transitioning to executive coaching and leadership development, I was a successful business owner and a top sales producer in the financial services industry in North America. I also served in the armed forces and was a member of an elite air-borne unit. My background in leadership training and coaching includes several key roles and functions for the acclaimed Coach Training Institute (CTI), such as Global Director of Corporate Training & Development, leader of the prestigious one year Leadership Program, senior front of the room leader for the core-curriculum coach-training courses, and certification program supervisor.

Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area, CTI was one of the first educational institutes to develop and offer coaching training and is a long-standing, recognized global leader in the creation and advancement of coaching standard and integrity.
