My Story
As Nietzsche said, “Those who have a ‘why’ to live, can bear with almost any ‘how’.”
I believe we all deserve to live by our ‘why’; as an individual or as a team. Sometimes we struggle to find our ‘why’. Sometimes we can find it and struggle to see the path to bring it to life. Sometimes we find it, see the path and the path seems full of obstacles, we think that we cannot overcome and we give up.
I believe we all need a mirror to show us everything about ourselves with no judgment. I believe we all need a challenger, to call us forth, to stretch us and to introduce new parts of ourselves that we were not aware until that moment. I believe we all need a reminder when we tend to forget how creative, resourceful and important we are.
If you think that it is time to live by your ‘why’; if you want to expand your life, and look at yourself, your work, your team or your relationships from another angle; I am happy to be there throughout the process, be the mirror, the challenger and the reminder.
Professional Experience
Upon graduating from Dokuz Eylul University BA Program, I started working at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Auditor, then continued my career at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) founding team in Turkey as Finance Manager. When I completed Executive MBA program at Bogazici University in 2012, I realized that there was a major shift emerging in the way that I envision my life. As such, I decided to let “Creative Destruction Theory” manifest itself.
I have 15 years of experience in designing and leading process optimization, harmonization and efficiency projects, I am working with many individuals and corporations to improve their efficiencies and to maximize their potential in terms of growth and sustainability.Read more...
Education & Certifications
My journey started with CTI in 2013 when I became a CTI certified coach (CPCC) and later was accredited with an ACC degree by ICF. I then completed the Co-Active Leadership Program in Barcelona. Subsequently, to deepen my knowledge about relationship systems, I completed both the program of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) designed by CRR and Systemic Team Coaching designed by AOEC. Also I completed both “Emotional Skills and Competencies” (ESaC) and “Evaluating Truthfulness and Credibility” (ETaC) programs by Paul Ekman International (PEI) and equipped with the knowledge, skills and approaches to evaluate verbal and non-verbal communications.
