My Story
Clemente Pinedo is a Certified Family Business Advisor with more than three decades of senior leadership, board-level, and entrepreneurial experience across Europe and international markets. Trained by the Family Firm Institute in Boston, where he earned advanced and double certifications in Family Business and Family Wealth Advising, he combines deep technical expertise with practical insight into governance, succession, ownership structures, and multigenerational continuity.
His background includes an MBA from IESE Business School, Executive Master in Change from INSEAD, and a Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, giving him a rare multidisciplinary perspective. He is also a certified coach by ICF (PCC) from CTI (CPCC) and ORSC (ORSCC). He collaborates with leading European business schools, coaching executives at IMD (High-Performance Leadership Program) and INSEAD (Strategy Execution Program).
