My Story

I’m a tough love coach, which means I have a huge amount of compassion for what it means to be human and I know that it takes courage, commitment and purpose to make important changes in life – because I’ve done it myself. And I know you have too – and sometimes we need some support and focus and encouragement to do it again.

My specialty is team coaching because great teams make a world of difference, way beyond the individuals on the team. I’m in my early sixties and have plenty left in the tank – in fact it feels like I’ve only just begun! I have 25 years of corporate experience to board level, transitioned into a coaching and leadership training career in 2003.

I consider that I am good at what I do. I am known for having a good sense of humour, being grounded and for having a real passion for what I do. I am happily married with 3 grown up children and live in Birmingham and London.
