Walking alongside your fears, accepting and holding them with compassion, while taking bold action, step by step; this is what we ‘ll dive into together.

A mix of curiosity, growth mindset and an unquenchable thirst for self-discovery led me to the Co-Active Training Institute and coaching. At some point in my career and personal life, I reached a plateau. Unhealthy and unfulfilled, I started questioning where do I belong and wondering about my future possibilities. At that point, my involvement in a corporate storytelling learning journey planted the coaching seed. I witnessed how change starts from within, at the individual level. I saw colleagues confidently communicating who they are, what they stand for, and how that was essential and liberating in their work and beyond. I remembered what I loved about communication in the first place; its true essence, which taps into our uniqueness as human beings and how we relate with each other.

Nowadays, I enjoy inspiring and encouraging Doers to reconnect with who they are, discover their north star and express what they really want. I focus on you as a whole person; heart and mind, body and soul. Meanwhile, I keep evolving, learning and exploring the stories and fears held in our bodies.

A colorful, international, years-long professional experience as a corporate communications manager taught me resilience – and not to take things too seriously! An avid words lover, asking questions is my creative playground, while media relations and communication is my formal background.

Currently living in my native Athens, Greece, with my husband, I am a keen traveler, sea and dark-chocolate lover. I believe that seeking connection is at the core of who we are and what we do. We all long to connect: to ourselves, another human being or a group, even something bigger than us.
