Coach: Sam Allen

I am a playful and highly intuitive Creative Leadership Coach, Team Workshop Facilitator, Poet and Podcaster, PCC, CPCC, PGCE originally from the U.K. and living in Switzerland. A former International School Teacher and Pastoral Head of 20 years, I specialise in helping Leaders in Education and Teachers to work past limiting beliefs, to think outside-of-the-box and to show up as conscious, innovative and dynamic leaders.

As a former educator, I am passionate about creating open, trusting and uplifting workspaces and I am a firm advocate for courageous authenticity. I am also a graduate of the CTI Inner Leadership Programme and a firm believer in “doing the work” on a personal level in order to be able to ignite transformation in others. I am also Leadership Circle Profile certified.

In addition to my work with Educators, I also co-lead a transformational online Vibrant Females – Conscious Leadership Programme which empowers women to dial up the volume of their Feminine Leadership Presence. I love helping women to liberate their free expression and to witness them flourishing into their powerful, engaging and charismatic full permission selves.

I work with private and corporate clients and I am an Associate Senior Development Coach for Acre Frameworks. I love taking local clients out for walking-coaching sessions and I find that many personal insights are revealed when in the great outdoors. My coaching style is warm, empathic and somatic and I often incorporate bespoke visualisation and visioning work in my coaching sessions.

My journey to becoming a Creative Leadership Coach was accompanied by a parallel journey to owning my gifts as a Poet. When I lost my Father back in December 2015 I discovered that writing poetry was an incredibly healing outlet for my feelings and I have honoured my commitment to myself to write at least one poem a day ever since. I have a successful poetry blog and regularly hold online poetry recitals. My clients tell me that my energy inspires and energises them and helps them to access the potentiality of their own imagination. Whatever life throws our way, I genuinely believe that we can create from it and grow in the process.
