Dr. Anat Treister-Goren is a Master Certified Coach, an Expert Team Coach, and an International Trainer. She is certified by the International Coach Federation, the Coaches Training Institute, The Full Circle Group, the Center for Right Relationship, Team Coaching International, and more. Her work focuses on both individual and relationship aspects, and has vast experience in building teams, crisis management, leadership development and change management. She employs diverse coaching models such as Emotional and Social Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Psychology, Change Integration & Management, System Work, Deep Democracy and Co-Active Coaching. Dr. Treister-Goren facilitates and trains organizations, executives and teams in the mind-set, skills and tools required to execute successful transformation through powerful collaboration. She is both known executive coach-approach trainer and a Certified Organizational Relationship System coach and has extensive experience working with senior and mid-level executives and management teams, cross-functional teams, partnerships, cross cultural teams, directory boards and more.  Anat is the owner of CTI Israel and the CEO of LEAD. She employs a team of high class coaches and trainers.

Dr. Treister-Goren facilitates and trains organizations, executives and teams in the mind-set, skills and tools required to execute successful transformation through powerful collaboration. She holds a PhD in neurolinguistics and speech-language pathology, and has worked in conjunction with pharmaceutical companies in the area of psychiatry. She had also worked for several years as a senior executive in hi-tech companies focused on speech recognition and artificial intelligence, serving in business development, R&D, and marketing positions. In the more distant past, Goren was a professional singer and actress.
