Rania LABAKI is Associate Professor of Family Business and Finance at EDHEC Business School (France), one of the top 15 business schools in Europe according to Financial Times. She is the Director of the EDHEC Family Business Centre (EFBC), a research and educational centre specialized in family business major areas, including succession, socio-cultural impact, family intra/entrepreneurship and legal, financial and tax frameworks.
I have more than 2000 hours of experience in coaching executives and members of family businesses.
As an executive and team coach in the IESE Business School (Barcelona), I work with high level international directors. I am also a visiting Professor at IE Business School (Madrid) and ESADE Business School (Barcelona).
I am a compassionate, highly-experienced executive coach and family business consultant with an international business background and a passion for facilitating the successes of family businesses and their next generation leaders.
