Developing Sustainable Extra‐Ordinary Team Performance
Explore your team dynamic
Empowering each member of your team to their very best performance
Every team has a unique system created by the relationship between individuals, actions and the environment. This system affects the performance of both individuals and the team as a whole. In this workshop, you’ll learn skills to support your team to optimal productivity and effectiveness.
Your team will be invited to openly explore their role and place within the team in a safe environment designed to elicit dialogue and inquiry. As a result, the team will become more aligned and better able to achieve common goals. You will leave with new awareness and tools that can be put into practice immediately.
The workshop is for anyone who wants to level up their communication and leadership skills. Typically it’s a 1 to 2-day workshop and it can also be tailor-made according to your organization’s needs. In addition to this training, monthly team sessions are designed to take place from six months to one year, based on your needs.
