At its core is an evolution of the principles of Emotional Intelligence (relationship with oneself), and Social Intelligence (relationship with other) to Relationship Systems Intelligence where the focus is on the collective wisdom of the group, team or system. The basic principle of RSI (Relationship System Intelligence) is the redirection of focus from the individuals within the system, to the whole system as an entity in itself. This shift in focus enables individuals to move beyond personal concerns and petty conflicts to a positive and generative group identity. The strength of a group’s identity provides resilience and the resources necessary to navigate the constantly changing challenges in relationships. This leads to better communication and relationship engagement.

Experiential Learning Approach

This course is based on the Experiential Learning Approach, focusing on both “how to be” and “what to do.” Highly interactive, and tool-rich, it provides research and theory to set the context. The introduction and training around a tool or process is designed to help you practice using those tools and processes in real-work situations.

Coaching the Third Entity™

Each group, team or partnership is more than just a collection of individuals. The combined experiences, intelligences and energy form a unique and separate entity that is more than the sum of its parts. Referring to the Third Entity as the focal point of your relationships, instead of each individual separately, increases your power and influence while enabling you to tap into the inherent wisdom of the group.

Designed Team Alliances

With this tool you learn how to build co-responsibility and how to establish boundaries and limitations for the common interests of your relationships.

Constellating the System

Humans in a relationship system gravitate to particular roles, guided by their own predilections and the demands of the situation. Through an exercise called Deep Democracy, you will practice constellating the system, which reveals the roles and positions in your relationships, garnering deeper insights that can direct future communication and connection.

Crafting a Relationship Myth

There is an archetypal nature to relationships. In this course, you will gain awareness of these roles and learn how to craft a narrative that resonates deeply and plots a course for change in your relationships.
