Taking a world-class approach and based on Team Coaching International’s experience with thousands of teams, this six-month process  will bring about  a profound overhaul that significantly advance your teams performance.


In partnership with Team Coaching International and facilitated by Tony Barton, CTPC , this six-month process starts with the Discovery Session, which allows you to identify and brief the facilitator on the reasons why team coaching is required, so that he can then design a tailor-made proposal to you. Next, your team will undergo a Team Diagnostic™, in which the individual characteristics, preferences and performance of every member in the team are measured and assessed. The results will then be compiled into a profile in which individual members of your team can compare themselves to one another, before the team can be assessed as a whole. After the diagnostic outcomes are gathered, the team will meet with the certified team coach to discuss the results, agree on action plans and receive training. In the final stage another Team Diagnostic™ is carried out to provide a comparison and measure improvements in performance. Throughout the entire process the facilitator will be reinforcing and supporting your team learning through monthly online coaching calls.

Also included for FREE in the process is a tool called Team Leader View™, a convenient online diagnostic that provides team leaders a means of comparing their view of the team’s strengths and weaknesses, to a proven model of team effectiveness used by thousands of teams worldwide. The diagnostic also shifts the mindset from leadership of individual performers, to leadership of the team as a whole. After all, at the end of the day this is how leaders are measured: by the results of the team. A leader may be a great communicator but that is inconsequential if the team doesn’t communicate well. In this way the Team Leader View™ is also leadership feedback. For team leaders it is a measure of the impact of their leadership.
