ORS@Work™️ Accredited Course | for Leaders
CREATING AGILE ENVIRONMENTS
Modern technology has transformed relationships globally, creating a virtual, real-time network that shrinks time, space, and distance. Experts in teamwork, leadership, and creativity emphasize the importance of building positive relationships and fostering supportive work environments. While we may not be able to fully resolve all relationship challenges, we can discover better ways to manage them.
What is ORS@Work™️ (Organization & Relationship Systems at Work)?
The ORS@Work™️ course is designed for professionals seeking to enhance their leadership and coaching skills while improving their well-being, job engagement, sense of belonging, and personal growth. This hands-on training equips leaders with the tools they need to align skills across various departments and roles, including:
- Department Heads
- Heads of school
- Deputy Heads
- Managers
- Academic supervisors
- Team Leaders
The Coach Approach to Leadership
How ORSC@Work™️can help you navigate challenges effectively:
RSI™ (Relationship Systems Intelligence™) offers an advanced and courageous framework for leadership and team interactions. Developing RSI™ within a team or organizational system accelerates collaboration and fosters the creative thinking necessary to tackle challenges.
Building on Emotional Intelligence (the relationship with oneself) and Social Intelligence (the relationship with others), Relationship Systems Intelligence shifts the focus from individuals within the system to the system as a whole. This transformation allows leaders, teams, and organizations to transcend personal concerns and minor conflicts, cultivating a positive, generative group identity that benefits the entire community.
In partnership with CRR Global, ORS@Work™ is now available in Greece and Cyprus. This accredited training, provided by a global leader in relationship and team dynamics, is exclusively offered by Leadership Coaching in these regions.
For over 34 years, CRR Global has been present in over 22 countries and has successfully shifted to virtual courses, addressing virtual fatigue effectively.
Certificate
Upon completing the ORSC courses, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and qualify for ICF in-class contact hours: ORSC Fundamentals or ORS@Work (12 hours, CCEUs).
